Come celebrate at the Waller Farm with          Preserve Historic Forsyth and the Hanna Family

Tour the c. 1770 Waller House and Farmstead and see the Hannas' rehabilitation underway. Enjoy refreshments and view the log buildings being brought back to life for this pioneering family.

Recently placed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Waller House is one of the oldest log houses in Forsyth county. The farmstead was owned and farmed by Waller Family descendants for over 225 years. In 2010 Suzanne and Jon Hanna bought the house and 13 acres; rehabilitation of the house is currently underway. Help us recognize their efforts.

Directions: From downtown Winston-Salem, go north on Reynolda Road 13.5 miles (about 24 minutes). The Waller Farm driveway is on the left. Look for Preserve Historic Forsyth event signs.
